Elaine Dilley
Family Constellation Facilitator
Elaine feels Family Constellation work is true, powerful, and life-changing. She has three years of facilitator training from Brigitte Sztab’s Way of the Heart Learning Circle. Brigitte’s mentorship allowed Elaine to experience in-depth constellation work of her own while developing her intuition and the ability to follow energy and help others with their work. It taught Elaine to step out of her linear mind into her heart, where the intelligence of the ‘knowing field’ reaches and teaches us all. Having so deeply benefited from the work, she wants nothing more than to offer it to others. Please visit https://www.elainedilley.com/

Frank Giokas
Talismanic Medicine Ceremony
Frank is an initiated practitioner of an energy clearing and consciousness expanding practice known as Talismanic Medicine. A traditional Spirit medicine which cleanses and uplifts mind, body and soul through Ancestral, Elemental and Nature-based healing forces. It is a gentle dance of interconnection with the Divine. Frank’s medicine work was blessed for action by Elder Malidoma Somé, esteemed West African Medicine Man of the Dagara Tribe (Burkina Faso). He invites and welcomes you through this sacred portal to the Otherworld. And into abundant, healing gifts awaiting your arrival across the veil.

Community Circle Work
Since 2019, Jen & Micaela have been in service to grief tending work. They have attended numerous weekend long grief rituals, mentored with elders in the PNW in the lineage stream of Malidoma and Sobonfu Somé, offered grief support circles and both completed Death Doula training through the Conscious Dying Institute. They long to give grief its rightful place in the conversation of life. Together, they will offer a loving container for a Grief Ceremony, where grief will have an opportunity to be expressed. As well as lead our community circle work. Jen’s studies include bodywork, energy-work and life coaching. Ancestral Healing Modalities
What Is Ancestral Healing?
The realm of our ancestors is a powerful, living, allied force. A world of wisdom, vast resources and high intelligence. Although many in Western society do not actively connect with this abundant, unseen world, it is a reality accessible to us all. When we call upon our ancestors for support, we open a sacred doorway to the medicine of ancestral healing. A two-way communication system. Through which multi-generational layers of energetic cleansing can take root.
Ancestral healing clears harmful patterns and programming handed down through the ages. Releasing unresolved trauma. Through family constellation work, grief ceremony and talismanic medicine ritual, we are offered unique opportunities to interface with the ancestral realm. Directly, one on one. And in so doing, release burdensome and often subconscious sources of emotional, mental and psychological imprints. Encoded through genetic memory, blood and bone. Including guilt, shame, abuse, regret, grief, loss, acute fears, stress and suffering.
Calling in aid from our ancestors invites immense replenishment into our lives. Creating a restorative field of life affirming energy. Ancestral medicine is a form of healing from the root. First through our individual field. Into the many branches of our family tree. And outward through the cosmos; promoting well-being on a Universal level. Ancestral healing is our true ticket home. To renewal and wholeness within.
What Is Family Constellation Work?
Science has now caught-up with what many of us already knew: wounds generated by the traumas our ancestors experienced have been transmitted through the generations and show-up in us as symptoms and struggles. This inheritance often goes unrecognized, operating at an unconscious level. However, the influence on our mental, emotional, and physical health as well as our relationships is significant.
Family constellation work recognizes that long standing family patterns provide a context for working with current difficulties. Constellations reveal the origins of these patterns, illuminate the scripts that have functioned across generations, and the hidden loyalties in our families. They reestablish right relationship, balance giving and receiving, and free us from invisible bonds. They offer us a more true and loving version of our story and reconnect us to our ancestral resources.
The work successfully treats anxiety and depression, physical symptoms, and repairs strained relationships. It teaches us how to experience and express big emotions and how to let the feelings pass though us. It teaches us to have compassion for all others, to see the love that has been offered to us and to take it. It helps us grow-up and be self-responsible. It is a lesson in trust. What Is Talismanic Medicine Ceremony?
Talismanic Medicine Ceremony is a transcendent, extra-sensory experience of ritual combining elements of energy clearing, divination and sound therapy. This ceremony cleanses and enhances all aspects of consciousness: physical, psychological, mental, emotional and etheric. Blessing you with a renewed sense of clarity and awareness. One-on-one sessions last 2.5 hours in duration. Your time together with Frank includes this transformative ritual and debrief conversation upon completion to discuss your results. Take-home rituals to support your integration and unfolding journey are also included.
During this evocative ritual, talismanic devices will be placed upon your body. Light incense will burn throughout. Bells, rattles and drumming are also incorporated. These therapeutic sounds and objects are fundamental to the sacred process which unfolds for you in session. At the heart of your experience is to lay in a calm state of gentle surrender and relaxation. While enlightened support is offered in alignment with your highest good.
Working through a state of altered consciousness, Frank communes beyond the veil with the Ancestral realm. A unique Team of Higher Spirit Allies is lying in wait there to anoint you. It is Frank’s honor to assist your interconnection. Ancestral healing through talismanic medicine reawakens you to the truth of who you are. Transmuting profound healing gifts from the higher realms of Creation directly to you on Earth. Please visit www.talismanicmedicine.com for more information.
What Is Grief Ceremony?
Grief is said to be the glue that holds community together. Grief ceremony allows the raw unfiltered expression of life to have a container to be fully held. This expression can look anywhere from numbness, disconnected from self and others, a waterfall of tears, bouts of rage and anger and more.
When grief is explored there is an opportunity to live a more fully expressed life, more beauty and connectivity. While also holding the tender, vulnerable sides compassionately. Challenging life circumstances will always be a part of life. Grief support gives those challenges an opportunity to have a voice that is tended to and valued by self and others.
What Is Community Circle Work?
At Roots & Remembrance, Jen and Micaela will weave and support the personal transformative work by leading exploratory integrative circles using a variety of modalities: movement, journaling, time with nature & more.
These circles will provide an opportunity to deepen our work together. A space to be seen, heard, to transform, share wisdom and learn from others. These circles will support integration by allowing the nervous system to be nourished and create an environment for embodiment practices. As well as a place to process and digest what has arisen throughout the weekend.

FAQ’s
What is included in the “General Admission” price?
The $250 general admission ($215 “Early Bird” price) includes: attendance to our opening ceremony, multiple family constellations, community circle work, grief ritual, talismanic medicine workshop, snacks, tea, dinner and on site camp lodging (if desired). In addition to the above, there are also opportunities for focused attention including 1:1/private Talismanic Medicine Ceremony and personalized Family Constellation sessions. Each one of these supplemental services carries an additional fee of $100.
What does it mean to set a Family Constellation?
For each constellation, there’s one ‘working participant’ who “sets” an intention. The intention could be anything. Examples are, “I want to drop my fear of motherhood” and “I want to attract an available partner.” The ‘working participant’ agrees to have themselves and one or more of their own family members represented by a group member in the constellation. These ‘representatives’ are chosen from amongst the attendees by either the ‘working participant’ or the facilitator. They are positioned within the open area of the circle. The facilitator guides these ‘representatives’ through the investigative process, offering insight and then resolution.
How do I reserve my Family Constellation spot?
Send an email to: fullbloomsanctuarybellingham@gmail.com to reserve your space. Then promptly send your payment (additional $100) through either Venmo: @fullbloomsanctuary or Paypal: @fullbloomsanctuary. You must also be registered as a ‘General Admission’ attendee. Setting a constellation is limited to (2) participants. First come, first served. Early registration is recommended to secure your space. Please email us with any questions on this opportunity for focused attention.
I have decided not to set a Family Constellation intention. What will my workshop experience be like?
If you have not secured one of the two available slots to set the intention for a Family Constellation, you will serve as a ‘representative.’ Participants serving the role of ‘representative’ attend and represent during both of the Family Constellations. The only exception is for the participant who has secured the private Talismanic Medicine Ceremony. This attendee will miss the Family Constellation sessions.

Where will the private Talismanic Medicine Ceremony be held?
Your one-on-one Talismanic Medicine Ceremony will be offered indoors. In a quiet, secluded and gorgeous yurt on the grounds of Full Bloom Sanctuary. The only people present during your private ritual are the facilitator (Frank) and you, the participant. This beautiful and serene indoor setting will also include a ceremonial altar of sacred space. Built specifically in your honor on the day of your service.
What happens if all the Talismanic Medicine Ceremony and Family Constellation spots aren’t secured by October 28th?
If all Talismanic Medicine Ceremonies and Family Constellations are not secured by October 28th, we will hold a randomized lottery to fill the remaining spaces. All participants who paid for their general admission pass will be eligible.
Why is there a 21 attendee maximum?
Full Bloom Sanctuary and your facilitators value your well-being above all else. With this in mind, our ‘Roots & Remembrance Team’ can comfortably support the needs of 21 attendees at this time. This number of participants will ensure that everyone in attendance receives the utmost care and reinforcement during this expansive immersion into Ancestral Healing.
Will there be facilities to keep my potluck contribution cold/warm it up?
